DEFINED DELIVERABLE

At Sovereign we have experience of delivery within multiple sectors of the built environment, including the licensed Nuclear Engineering industry. This experience allows us to deliver suitable project and programme outputs appropriate for the need, whether it is for a non-regulated or regulated sites, autonomously. Sovereign therefore can provide management or directed deliverables for a project while working with supply chain partners. This scope could be provided as a service or through a task by task approach with discrete deliverables as an output to support the project along its lifecycle. These deliverables could be at the strategic level such as Project Function Specification, Configuration Management Plan or Project Execution Plan or at a more detailed level in design specifications, calculations and drawings.
