A Word from our Owner: Christopher Donnelly

Sovereign Project Solutions Ltd. was established in 2020 to support existing projects on Nuclear regulated sites. It has since expanded to broaden it's offer from Management Services to include Engineering Consultancy with a focus on supporting the Tier 1 and Tier 2 supply chain organisations involved in the delivery of Major Projects in the UK.

Through my personal experience of delivering major projects I have found a need for agile, multi-skilled engineering professionals that could deploy quickly to support the demands of major project delivery. Understanding the high standards of the Nuclear environment and what this means in the quality of output to underpin key decision making or provide robust configuration baseline for onward operational needs  is not always appreciated. With an intelligent, calm and professional approach to complex challenges, we at Sovereign aim to be key contributors to successful realisation of benefits via efficient project performance.

The focus of the team is to always appreciate the strategic goals of the programme and project, the 'big picture', while maintaining attention to detail in our output while promoting calm, professional, collaborative behaviours.
